This is really more of a spiritual detanging. it’s an important part of our walk with Jesus that we know and learn how to differentiate between our faith and the narratives we’ve been handed by the cultures we’ve been a part of - whether that’s family or church or society at large.

This intensive will help you strip back the layers and detangle complicated spiritual narratives to figure out what you believe and how to find and experience the anchoring for your soul that can only come from the Spirit.

• An assessment with Introduction video + self-eval processing

• 3 x 50 mins one-on-one remote coaching sessions

• Weekly prompts, assignments, and check-ins
